Structure

PTFE/Fibre mixture thickness 0.01~0.03mm, provides an excellent initial transfer film, which effectively coats the mating surfaces of the bearing assembly, forming an oxide type solid lubricant film.

Sintered bronze powder thickness 0.20-0.35mm,provides Max. thermal conductivity away from the bearing surface, Also serves as a reservoir for the PTFE-Fibre.

Low-carbon steel, gives exceptionally high load carrying capacityand heat dissipation.

Copper/Tin plating thickness 0.002mm, provides good corrosion resistance.

 Automotive: suspension joints, kingpin assemblies and stub axles of tucks, automobile driving joint hinges, steering and other linkages, articulation joints, rear chassis hinges, fair leader rollers.

Thermoplastic polymer boundary lubrication bearing to high-quality metal materials as matrix, sintering of porous spherical bronze powder, the surface covered with POM based thermoplastic wear-resistant materials as bearing working surface; the metal matrix provides the basic mechanical properties of bearing, the middle layer is copper improves the bond strength between steel plates and wear-resistant materials at the same time, the thermal conductivity of copper alloy is high, therefore can produce rapid transfer bearing operation of the heat resistant material surface design based on POM for use in oil lubrication condition, the bearing surface regularly arranged for storing oil oil points to ensure the optimal distribution of lubricant in the whole bearing surface, suggesting that Mr grease assembly. The structure of the material makes the bearing have good dimensional stability, excellent thermal conductivity, good wear resistance and low friction coefficient. Compared with the PTFE metal plastic self-lubricating bearings, the service life is longer, but the scope of application is limited.
